Some of the more common services available to members are: Email accounts on the tapple.org server Personal Web-page space on www.tapple.org Access to the Apple Software Updates area of the FTP server In order to use these member services, you must obtain an account. This account can be set up at any of the User Group meetings, or can be requested by sending email to bob@tapple.org. The computer has a few rules for setting up the accounts which you need to be aware of before requesting an account. After you obtain an account, we have some documentation on setting up your software to use these new services. If you have questions that are not covered here, please send your question to craig@tapple.org, or bring it up at one of the User Group meetings.
