Present: Charles Yates, Gene Williams, Bob O'Lary, Chris Gundersen, Marc
Weininger, Nick Pytel

6:13pm - meeting called to order by C.Y.

C.Y.-indicated in last meetings minutes the spelling of names of some
officers were incorrect; corrections made

N.P.- reported about recent successful LAN Conference held at Hartsfield.
43 participants in toto. Conference about games, networking, and programs.

Refreshments: Linnie would take care of end of March if no one else will

New Business:
Craig Zody and the minutes- minutes will be sent to officers@tapple.org.
Only after president (C.Y.) reads and approves them will Craig post them

C. G.- quarterly financial reports will continue to be posted

B.O.- Mona Lisa has offered to maintain tapple web site in exchange for
content control.

Motion by B.O. - extend to Mona Lisa the opportunity to produce content for
tapple web site. This web page is first posted on her web site for review
by Board. Only after review will the Board allow or reject the web page.
Only after Board review and acceptance can content be seen by public. If
this provision is violated , the Board can revoke privilege extended to
Mona.

C.G.- passed out Transaction Detailed Report and Category Summary Report

Motion by Gene- Chris should submit Transaction Detail Report at each
meeting

B.O.- need to find someone else for SIG meeting discussions besides B.O.

C.Y.- Note from Pytel family thanks T-Apple for flowers (Nick's Grandmother
died)
