The Officers of the User's Group are responsible for the meetings and presentations of the group.

The Officers of the User's Group are elected by the members of the group at the December general meeting. Nominations are (usually) presented at the November meeting so that members have time to consider who to vote for, although nominations can also be made at the December meeting up until nominations are closed by the chairperson.
